This TrueType font was obtained from my local Mac BBS, compacted in StuffIt Deluxe 2 format. It included a help file created in MacWrite 5.
Unfortunately, I do not have either UnstuffIt Deluxe Version 2 or MacWrite 5.
Fortunately, everything except the help file was accessible with UnstuffIt Deluxe (version 1.0).
Unfortunatley, I do not know who created this font.
I installed the font suitcase into an existing font file using Font/DA Mover 4.1, put the mystery file with the underline characters into my System folder, and Suitcase 2 did all the rest. I don’t know if that is the preferred method, but it looks good on the screen and very good from an Apple StyleWriter.
If you the reader know who created this nice font, please suggest to her/him that it might be better to use compression and word processing software a little farther back from the cutting edge. Thank you, and thanks to the mystery fontmeister.
